Sparks flew up Rusty Locke’s brushcut as his door burst open and Clark Link, the Manager, ducked into the third-floor Security office of Capital Corporation. "I need your help, Rusty. And I need to keep it quiet." Clark withdrew a piece of paper from the inner pocket of his tailored suit and handed it over. It had words on it - snipped from old newspapers.
All the little pieces added up to a very big Clark Link headache. Rusty’s steely blues snapped to attention on Link's face. "Blackmail, is it? I'm on the case, sir. Now, about that supplement to my salary..."
